Our Story
At FuckLiveAquaria.com, we started with a simple idea: to help people avoid the worst company in the aquarium industry. We've placed many orders with LiveAquaria over the years. EVERY single order has had issues easily avoidable with simple communication that liveaquaria refuses to fix.
When dealing with delicate Living breathing animals that you are shipping across the country you need to have clear communication with the people accepting that shipment on the other end to prevent un necessary deaths. Our industry is under constant attack from people trying close off the oceans to us. Sites like LiveAquaria feed those attacks by not treating the livestock they sell with the respect and care it so desperately needs. They don't give clear communication to the customers about delays, missing items from orders, if the fish that they said was in-stock is actually available or not (if they communicate at all). The fish that do ship are very very emaciated indicating that there is no care placed on these animals at their facility.
Their lack of communication can cause un-nessecary hardships on their customers. Customers that have more respect for their living creatures will take off work to accept a shipment so it doesnt sit in the hot sun causing the inhabitants to die. It's crucial to know in advance if a shipment is coming or not to avoid these deaths. LiveAquaria, only sends these notifications 50% of the time leaving you to figure out if you have fish coming or not.
Cant I get a refund if they fuck up?
NO you can't. Not without fighting anyways. By default their policy if they send you a dead fish is to refund you for the fish only and make YOU eat the cost of boxes and shipping charges for their mistake only if they approve your claim. Keeping you locked into their abuse cycle.
Help conserve our hobby and only buy from responsible suppliers. LiveAquaria.com is not at all a responsible supplier and needs to be shut down immeaditly before more damage is done to our oceans and hobby by their hands.
